This series consists of project files which include correspondence, reports, photographs, blueprints and drawings, notices, instructions, leaflets, and other records relating to conservation activities and training of CCC-ID enrollees. The files for the individual projects vary greatly in content and composition. These files represent only a small portion of the conservation and training activities of the Pierre Indian School. Projects represented in this series include: Cottage and Garage Construction, First Aid Training, Grasshopper Eradication, Irrigation, River Jetties Improvement, Subsistence Gardens, Telephone Installation and Training, and Tree and Shrub Planting.
